Stradabella Food Trucks and Custom Mobile Kitchens, a division of Silano Enterprises LLC, was one of the first food truck builders in the Phoenix-Metropolitan area. Founder and President Patrick Simeri was a part of the food truck revolution, having built and operated his own food trucks and trailers long before street food vending hit the Phoenix scene. As a result, he has unique insight into the needs of mobile food operators. He helped form the Phoenix Food Truck Coalition, where he served as Vice President during its startup year. Recognizing that Phoenix was poised to become a hub for gourmet food trucks, he launched Stradabella Food Trucks, helping numerous small business entrepreneurs get off the ground.
Stradabella has kept up with the innovations and trends in this ever-changing industry. Food trucks have moved beyond the arena of the single operator or small business entrepreneur.
